Woz

Music doesnt really bother me that much.

I really don't like the slippers on the Flippers, I just think it looks tacky or something, it bugs me...

Agreed, they look like kids sparkly jelly stickers. All it needs IMHO is red metalflake plastic flippers, like the one further up the playfield on the right.
As for the music, Thats the theme of the game, no?

Build quality and attention to detail is very impressive.

Just wish they had chosen a different theme.

Had a signed translite delivered today. Very nice! Anyone know a good place to buy a lightbox to display it?

Manny has too much on at the minute to make one. Anywhere else that sells them? If not I'll just go to a local framer and see if he can sort one out.

In the meantime!

Dont really understand that translite, I assume its only a promotional thing as the one on the machine will have a big rectangle cut out of it ?

Nice creech btw, must get mine set up and cleaned...

I'm told by a guy on the official woz forum that the translite can be purchased to place over the backbox for when the machine is turned off.

Or I may have dreamt that.

No, youre right. People were bitching and moaning that when woz is turned off the backglass looks very bland. Jack created these as an option for people who give a **** what their machine looks like when its turned off. Im not one of them. Just thought it would look nice framed

I'll be curious to see whether JJP playfields get dimples as fast as the new sterns....
There's propoganda out on pinside saying that this (dimples) is normal, although I can't witness this effect on my older Bally /williams machines.

Well jacks reckons they are using some super, duper, extra ply, extra hard wood so. . . . I guess we will see!

Looks awesome, have they just started up? (sorry if i've missed most of the thread)

This will be their first machine and one we are eagerly waiting for as it looks very high quality. Hopefully, this will be a start to them producing a lot of new titles.

Excellent, that must have cost a fair bit to start up, it's more up market than 1 guy a router and some MDF lol.
Fingers crossed for the guys \o/.

It's nice to see them doing summet, but they could at least look like they are working harder for the publicity shot :-)

Jack just said on the group he hopes to have the first customers game delivered by xmas!

Software must be there or thereabouts

Not yet but I would like to think it would be here before April. Makes sense to get some International games sent earlier in the production run to spread the word

Hmmm looks ok but bet when all the lights are going during game play u can't see the image on it,or. It'll pack up working quickly.
