New members - say hello right here : )

Been a terrible lurker on here for a while but posted today to Andy's jukebox thread (another passion)... so thought I would come on here and say hello proper like.

Wasn't into pinballs as a kid, got into it about three years back, and usually seen turning up late, noisily and leaving a oil spot in old rusty cars at pinball events over the last couple of years - only to prop up the lower places.

No ruddy good, but enjoy the odd game - now ended up with the 9 games below (not exactly sure how), but no more space and/or money and the addiction is in full hold...

Hi and welcome. 9 machines in 3 years is a pretty bad habit.;) Not exactly starting at the bottom either with some of those titles

Thanks Gents - perhaps initially too shy but on board now.

Nice day at SWL today (Sat) - sterling top effort from Peter B as usual..

My MM is there for Christmas- with a new adjustment to the tilt that is making it a bit interesting.

Morning guys!
I used to lurk here a long time ago (an got damn close to buying am EM) but left most forums when I lost my job.
I'm back in employment an back on the scene!
No pins as yet but Im on the look out for an EM to start off my collection!
I have 3 arcade cabs, a Street Fighter, a Taito Trimline that will be converted into a QIX in the new year and my current restore project, a Zaccaria Phoenix.
Ive really got into my pins (especially EM's) after working at Revival and more recently, Play Expo in Manchester and I love the older tables.
Looking forward to spending some time here and with any luck, picking up my first pin in the new year :D

Dave

Welcome aboard David. We've already met before, we spent most of the Friday morning at Revival putting chairs and tables out :)

Hi David
Welcome to the forum, Phoenix what a game, ah halcyon days playing that in Soho when I was a nipper

Welcome to Pinball Info Dave.
A great person to talk to as he knows everything there is to know about EM's is Dave Dutton, he's on here and if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure he has a couple of machines up for sale.

Hi Folks. I've finally joined after a lot of years in mailing list land. No pins of my own but looking after a couple of someone else's and in the market for a RFM that needs work.
Cheers, Tim.

Hi chaps, girls?.

I'm Rob and hope to pick up my first machine (er.. rusty project) in a couple of days. An '84 Pinball Deluxe.
I've read lots and looked at many many pictures so fingers crossed won't screw it up completely :)

expect lots of noob questions!

Anyway, while looking round the net, i noticed this Medieval Madness. Too expensive for me but seems like a goodish price. Might interest someone on here?

Welcome aboard Rob.

Alarm bells always ring when you see a MM priced that low, 99.99999% certain that will be a scam.

Eight Ball Deluxe? Great game, good choice :)

Welcome aboard

Hi everyone - glad that I finally found other like minded people! Been keen for many years but have still to find the one for me and the one for my pocket! As with many, TAF is preferred but the closest for me to play is Pwllheli. Used to drive many miles in my youth to Blackpool to play it, but it's years since I've done that. Trying to convince the wife that it's a good move to have one but she's having none of it - Must try harder I think. Purchased The Flintstones off fleabay recently but was let down by seller - might have been a blessing really @ £740 dunno? Now to keep looking on here for a pin for me for sale unless anyone has one they need pinsitting for a while - long shot I know as nobody know's me yet right. Anyway Hi again
