Somehow my posts got mixed up sorry

Welcome dude, and I reckon that BTDK looks ok if you could get it for 800-1000 depending on condition. If you can take someone knowledgeable along, and £900 cash, he'd probably let you drive away with it

I like the game. If you can get it for under a grand then the price is roughly right. If possible go and see it first. Check for playfield wear, broken plastics etc.

A BTDK for 900 ???? Good luck with that ;) I think @cooldan is confusing his Batman acronyms. BF FTW !

Im thinking of bidding on this for a first machine, its local to me aswell. What do you guys think>?

I'm thinking that if it is local to you then personally I would contact the seller and arrange to go and view it so that you can see and play it ;)

That way you can decide if it is a machine that you like.

Blimey is the disclaimer on that Dr Who usual practice?

The 30 limit play period sounds like it's about to die on it's **** any minute and they don't want you breaking it before you get it out of the door. I fully understand that some people take the p*** but the way it's written makes it sound really bad. I'm sure they could have phrased it a bit better than that.

Well quite. And I suppose there's not much that isn't fixable given time and the right amount of money.

Maybe the bridge rectifier on the +5v section is failing and it starts resetting when the game has warmed up? ;)

It's kinda like that loony who keeps advertising his busted up DESW for over £2k and then wonders why it's not shifting. :-)

Probably goes bang on play number 31 hence the 30 play limit

Well bidding ends tomorrow so it would have to be a punt

Great looking EM Bally Expressway just listed:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111355346092

If the blurb is to be believed it's probably worth the opening price of £500.

Hell is cool apparently :)

I thought it looked like a Gottlieb on first glance, but it's a Bally :(. That freckly paint reminded me of a Roller Disco.

That Expressway sure is eyecatching! Looks very cool.

I would not describe it as near mint though, the backglass sadly has flaking at the top and I can immediately see some playfield touchups. So yes "good" condition(maybe even very good?) but nothing with flaking backglass is mint/peachy

Also the auction description is typed in all capital letters. That should knock £100 off the price alone!
