For a used restored p/f that's just nuts.
A brand new repro one I can justify, but a second hand restored one?
Oh and don't forget the shipping and import duty.

I saw that pinball magic on Monday when i picked up a GNR from him (not mine I hastened to add)
It did look ok to be fair but needs a new dmd. Not straight forward though apparently as it has to be a capcom one.
 
I wouldn't have gone for it, just remember @replicas wanted one previously. Auction had just been removed when I clicked on to view...
 
Incidentally the GNR had issues. The flipper switches for the lane change, inputting high score initials and video mode don't work, which is annoying, not sure what's at fault there. Plus the ball trough switches are intimitent so during multiball it'll just end it, even though you've got a ball in play. And it was pretty dirty.
 
Some things don't change then....! I noticed on the Pinball Magic the display was stated as 'all working' too. :rolleyes:
 
Yeah they seem to be few and far between.

Much like ES and WW are practically the same game, as are Taxi and Diner.

Diner is certainly a great looking pin.

When I went to pick up Luke's Champion Pub last year, the seller had an almost brand new Diner, like it had just come out of the box and hardly played. Was part of a collection of a family member that had died. We've often looked back saying we should have picked it up... Quite something to see an older machine looking like brand new.

He'd listed this as fully working as well hadn't he?

I take it this was the one with the topper that was on ebay? Hope you knocked him down in price a bit!
