Team TNA - The UK's Total Nuclear Annihilation Pinball Club

I think it is ? well for me it is 1 year now

Managed to totally wear out 2 coils stops

Treated myself to the TNA glass cover from pinball life 🤗

How is everyone else fairing ?

Yeah that must be a year now owning the game, still awesome.

Apart from changing the flipper rubbers and I don't think I have any other major issues, I will need to check the coils stops at some point though.

You must have all the luck then with no issues - Glad to hear of a problem free machine
Mine has been performing really well and I’m achieving reactor 3 most games.
I’ve been in contact with the topper guy - They are a few hundred $$ so i’m on the fence atm. Might treat myself later in the year - Maybe when the summer is over….

I've had the game for over a month now and it's incredibly annoying and addictive.

It's not my favourite game but it's so different that it's worth keeping around for something different in the collection. Brilliant for quick games and really good to play doubles with my son both against each other and in co-op.

Welcome Gonzo - I’m looking forward to a co-op game real soon

Does anyone else think this is a person lying down on a bed with a pillow ? 🤦‍♂️😂

Had Col make up a nice shooter plate for the game
Also an awesome fan mount for my coin door to assist in cooling the inside down due to the extra heat generated from my amp
Just waiting for my new silver shooter rod from @Ant-H before i install it

My left flipper button is slightly stiffer than my right one. Any ideas? I can’t see anything visually going on and don’t want to mess things up.

Found sometimes with these style buttons they can be broken down into pieces , cleaned in soapy water and reassembled

or just buy a new button.. Likely finger grease and dirt - Especially if sticky fingers have been using them

Is the switch blade just pushed further into the cab on the right so less resistance?

Yes indeed, I had exactly the same issue. The hole on the armour was out of line with the hole on the cabinet and was squeezing the button and making it stiff

Use a leaf switch adjuster and bend the arm that the button pushes against the button. It'll make it stiffer.
Or do opposite for less stiff.

I am very particular about this so always adjusting my flipper buttons to get them firm and consistent 😄

So… after some time working with @Vimtoman we now have the shooter lane LED system available for TNA.
Photos of install and an awful single ball game of operation from me

It’s very very easy to install. Just the soldering or a couple connection may not be great for everyone but if i can do it so can you 😀😀😀

Thanks for the TNA's aprons dimensions and testing Rob.

It's not looking good for us coming to Pinfest this year, don't have a room/s for the Saturday.

I stayed in another hotel 5mins drive away last year - maybe they might have a room available ?

Thanks to those who took their TNAs to Pinfest, Enjoyed several multiplayer games , especially one with @RetroHeed

Of all the machines I heard 2 games through them all - TNA / Walkingdead

Was able to collect this whilst there.
Good catching up mate and having a game on TNA, was maybe just a bit late in the day before we had to head home unfortunately, my excuse for playing crap but thats the normal haha.

Very nice TNA dust cover you got 👍

My TNA has a dowel that keeps working loose on the upper flipper. I’ve ordered the Spooky flipper rebuild kit from PinballLife, in the hope that works, as I’ve tapped/hammered the dowel back in twice already.

Wondered if anyone else had this problem and what the solution was?
