Predator pinball

They will be worth a bit in the future then, not that I'd encourage anyone to buy just to make money. Nice to know you shouldn't lose money though, with such a short run they should only go up in value.
 
Looks good. The uv layer is spectacularly unspectacular currently though. Hopefully they can fix that

With the current exchange rate, it's just shy of £3000

With a joint shipping arrangement to the UK(which I signed up for), import duty and tax, what would the total be roughly?

The machine is $5000, but if you are a preorderer you will have paid $250, leaving $4750 still to pay.

The total 'landed' cost of predator to anyone in the UK should be very close to £4200 after shipping, insurance, VAT and import duty. Current currency fluctuations could end up in our favour a little, but that's the price we will be paying.
 
From the info I see, the price is $4750. There is the $250 you paid to secure your machine and then there is the payment plan as below: -

Level 1: By sending a $250 deposit, your machine will arrive with an autographed flyer for the game tucked neatly inside!

Level 2: With a deposit of $1000 or more, you will find a sexy, limited Skit-B Pinball t-shirt inside that will only ever be available to pre-owners who have chosen this option or higher. Of course, you will find the autographed flyer, as well!

Level 3: $2250 will cover half the projected value of the final machine. Along with the two other incentives above, your Predator will ship with a very limited edition poster to proudly adorn your game room wall!

Level 4: $4500. This will cover the entire projected value of the final machine. If you were to choose this option, not only will you find ALL of the above-mentioned goodies nestled safely inside your game, but when you stand the head up for the first time you will see the translite brightly adorned with the signatures of the designers. There will be no other translites ever signed in the same fashion, showing that you were truly one of the earliest and most dedicated adopters of the revival of pinball!

So $4750 ?
 
Somewhere in that huge thread on pinside its says the price is $5000. Because I cant find it now, im second guessing myself so I chucked a quick note on the thread to ask if that's the case.

EDIT: It appears some others think the same as you, so I sent a mail to the SKit-B guys just to confirm.

I've not actually been following this machines progress at all until I just stumbled apon this thread. I have to say it does look very interesting, especially with the recent more complete pictures. I'd certainly like to get to play one at some point. It's even more interesting that it's being done as a small run hobby style production. Very very cool indeed
 
Luke, think you'll have quite an easy time getting to play one. I think there's 10 or so coming into the UK. Couple in the london/SE area. A few up north and in the Midlands, so unless you live in the North of Scotland I bet there's someone near you getting excited about it:)
 
I've just got #70, would really like #84 tho. I was number 45 on wait list. Few people have dropped out due to MM remake
 
What sort of penis would drop out of a limited run of only 250 machines , on a kick ass theme like predator , to get a remake of a 15 year old + medieval madness?? Worlds gone mad ;)
Can't wait for mine, it it arrives in time it will be at the slam for everyone to play

Could not have worded it any better myself.
Predator is going to rock.
 
There was a feeding frenzy over the MM remakes at Expo - I think once the dust had settled a few people came to their senses though and withdrew or reconsidered.
 
I would like my limited edition machines to all be the same number. Sad I know! Big Bang bar is 84, hobbit is 83 and TAFG is 730 so nowhere near that.

All preorders were filled and so those who dropped out had their number so that becomes available.
 
What can I say sarge! It's an affliction, Maybe solitary confinement, or 40 lashings

The UV effect is finally displayed.....
Wish the skull and the bottom was better but pretty happy with the playfield as it stands. Think I'm a bit out of step with other people though as I would have loved the playfield to have been properly photoshopped rather than handdrawn....
 
Loving the effect the blood trails are awesome can't wait to get mine , still so confused as to why over on pinside some are getting all stressed out and cancelling orders as lack of updates?? It's looking like this is gonna be a great table :)
