Won't be there myself, however if anything of Aliens is shown I expect a bazillion photos on here of it pronto! 
I will be there unloading and setting up from midday ish friday until teardown and hope the van still has wheels on sunday .

This is going to be quite a gathering, I was a bit worried at first that people would stay away due to the extra travel for some but looks like it wont be a problem. I just wonder how many people outside of the usual pinball community/forum dwellers etc will make it, I haven't seen any advertising.

Given it's only a few days away I really would like some info on the whole 'shuttle bus' service because I'm going to be needing to use that to get from the train station to the Premier Inn then to the show.
Has anyone heard anything about frequency or timetables?

Not much use but from the web site
The UK Pinball Party will operate a complimentary minibus service between the Party, key hotels nearby, and Merthyr Railway and Bus Stations. The complimentary bus will run every hour, departing on the hour from the venue. At peak times the bus will run more often.
The train station is 0.6 miles away from the premier inn, beside the bus station.
The train station is 0.8 miles away from the venue.
The premier inn is 2 miles away from the venue (not sure how that works but its what the map is telling me)
If it was me id be walking to the venue if nothing appears at the train station and then get the shuttle bus to the hotel. Problem is with no extra info you dont know what way the shuttle will run so you would need to stand there for an hour...

With only two days to go to the big event we have some last minute announcements to make regarding this year’s Party.
Cash-only
Just a reminder that this is a cash-only event. The nearest ATMs are located in town, with the ones in front of Tescos being closest to the train station (30 seconds walk from the station).
Accommodation
We have a few hotel rooms available, so if you still need accommodation, then email oti@ukpinballparty.com
Bar
Due to licensing laws, please also be aware that anyone lucky enough to look under 25, will be required to show proof of age (driving license/student card/passport).
Bar Opening Times
Friday 6pm - midnight
Saturday 11am – 1am
Sunday 10am - 3pm
Burger Van Opening Times
Friday 6pm - 11pm
Saturday 9am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 3pm
Parking
Substantial bay and on-road parking is available on-site, and at nearby units. Please download the parking map from our website: http://ukpinballparty.com/pics/map-parking-ukpp2015.jpg The cars clearly show the parking availability for the weekend. Please be aware that an ambulance station is on our estate and access has to be free for them at all times.
Travelling
Heighway Pinball will be operating a free minibus service between the event/ the Castle Hotel/ the Tregenna Hotel/ the Travelodge / Premium Inn / Merthyr Tydfil train station. Minibus journeys must be booked by phone or at the Party’s reception desk. We aim to collect/drop you off within 20-30minutes. The contact number is available on 20th August from 10am to 6pm and on Friday 21st August 9am till Sunday 6pm. You are also welcome to email us at oti@heighwaypinball.com. The contact number: +44(0)7481 124211
The minibus service is running during the event within the following times:
