Bobbins, there is no key to the head of that Time Fantasy, no doubt the mpu board will have melted by now :(

I'll def be bidding (wanted one for ages and it's just down the road!) if I win I'll just have to take a cordless drill with me to get the back off..... :)

Heard back from the seller of the populated PARAGON playfield:

Sorry I didn't get a chance to get back to you yesterday. I wanted to get back over and have another look at the play surface, you will see it has lost paint in the top r/h corner, my recollection is that the paint is coming off in strips where the surface has been wet in the past (it was a skip rescue) and the rest is ribbed which would make it pretty useless as a surface.

I will get over to where it is stored today and get back to you. No bids at the moment but I have had allot of interest 116 views and 20 watchers.

Rescued from a skip! I wonder what happened to the rest of it? And how many other pinballs have met this fate? But he didn't answer my question about taking offers so I guess this one's going to run the course. Some good parts on there... a few spots of rust but nothing my buffing wheel and Autosol can't solve.

ALL broken arcade machines on ebay "may just need a fuse" but apparently changing the fuse is too difficult for the current owners
The key missing word is "another" as in "may just need another fuse as I replaced the blown one that was in there but it went bang too when I switched it on". Or in other words "I haven't a feckin' clue other than it's f*cked but I don't want to say that as it doesn't sound like I know what I'm talking about and therefore won't seem worth the £500 I want instead of the fiver I picked it up for whilst doing a house clearance for cash."

Actually I was wrong. The fuse didn't go bang. It wasn't a fuse. It was a bit of tin foil so it's sort of sizzled and went "phut".

Well what about this Dr Who and the price of £2,850!!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ORIGINAL-...eo_Games_Coin_Operated_MJ&hash=item3a906a9b9c

It looks in a right 'state'!!

Any one know the seller? Are they on this forum?

Buddy of mine just picked up a nicer one than this for £1200! No idea who the seller is, but I can't imagine they will shift it soon in that condition for that price.

From what I can see: DMD line error, knackered rubbers all around, cabinet slightly faded, translite appears to have a piece of tape in the lower left holding it to something, speaker panel has something odd going on in the lower left, dirty playfield, knackered metal strip on the time expander and generally just needs a good clean. It's not terribly bad but 2850 is a bit of a joke. (I imagine some switches are dead somewhere as well.)

Says on the scorecard it has been supplied by "Electric Dreams" if that is any clue to anybody.

We mentioned this a few pages ago. I messaged the seller to ask about lines on the DMD and he said "he hadn't noticed any but he would check". I replied saying that you could see the lines in the pictures but he didn't reply. It's the fourth time it's been listed.

...suggests hes hoping the buyer "hadn't noticed" either, not that I have an inherent distrust of ebay sellers but maybe he will come to his senses when he ends up relisting it for the 10th time at that price and it still fails to sell! Still as far as I am aware from watching Mr Luke Wells videos this is an issue with the connection the DMD has to the game, not an actual faulty DMD right? (Was in his ToM Video, same thing and as far as I remember it came down to being the ribbon cable?)

It can be the ribbon, or the RAM or logic on the DMD controller board. No way to tell without testing it
