3D Printed items

Massive shout out to @Wayne J. I reached out to him via PM looking for a bit of support on some light diffuser rings I'd seen for my new stern expression lights online as I had no idea where to start.

He fully understood the brief, and offered to print them himself, incredibly reasonably priced and a week later they were in my hand and look incredible.

Thank you again @Wayne J , you're a superstar.

PerfectDraft tap handle toppers - with interchangeable logos. Text that small hasn't worked brilliantly.

Might knock up a wee arduino project to turn the dalek into a room guard..
(Just as soon as I finish the roadshow thing - which I actually got compiling again recently - just need to check it on an arduino again then just maybe I will finish it !)

Great looking prints. Out of curiosity, how many separate parts make up the dalek?

The bottom is all one.the mid another (minus his sticks). The rings on the top are separate and slide over another and the done another (other than the eye)

Thanks. That makes sense and a nice range of possible movement options if you choose to apply some arduino driven robotics.

Maybe - I mean the top swivels around anyway. I put holes under the lights on the top so I can pop some LEDs in there when I get around to it.
Doubt I will go as far as making him move around - but a motion sensor and speaker be simple enough :)

I

Not sure whereabouts in Cheshire you are, but if you are in the right area & can spare 7 weekdays (9:30 - 3:30) for online courses, plus be willing to spend 3 days in Leigh, you build & get to keep a printer - https://www.3d360printer.co.uk/

If you go for it, mention my name & I get something - probably a spool of filament.

Thanks for the info, If I go that route i'll be sure to mention you

Edit. I'm sure I'll get some funny looks telling them "The Judderman sent me" 😂
