Bally were offered red dwarf when the negociated dr who but wasnt considered strong enough license for US
I was always surprised they did Dr Who. Over the years seen a lot of US pinheads say they knew little about the theme.

Urgh, I saw a "meme" image on Twitter a couple of days ago of this quote but it was showing imagery of Picard and Data. Very disappointing.Red Dwarf:-

Its even already got an Arnold Rimmer song for the wizard mode, and Coronation Street for an easter egg. Kryton spare head multiball. Backwards mode, do everything in reverse - drain the ball first, then unlight the targets etc.

Filled in the thing on reddit early this afternoon - I had posted in the reddit thread yesterday, but was likely missed as I hadn't made any tournament attempts then.
I've just found out that there is a new Red Dwarf special (+3 documentaries) coming out later this year http://www.reddwarf.co.uk/news/2019/12/13/tonights-the-night/
Maybe doubles the chance of an actual Red Dwarf machine from 0.5% to 1%!
Talkie the Toaster mode - banish the toaster to the cargo hold; starts with "would anyone like any toast" then hit a lit shot to go through muffin, crumpet, buns, bagels, ending with "ah! so you're a waffle man" and the sounds of talkie getting smashed, but hit an unlit shot and its back to hot buttery toast and start again (probably with timer so it doesn't get tooo annoying).

Man that was a badass movie. Shame it was left for dead advertising wise and flopped. It's high concept done right which is so rare these days.
Yep some of the worst, no existent advertising in movie history! Starting to wonder if the same guys are doing JJPs advertising these days

strange that only "flintstones" is the only Hanna Barbera licence i can think of, there are few others than might be good...scooby doo. minus scrappy of course, Jetsons, top cat..etc
War of the worlds, just for the soundtrack from Jeff Wayne, not the ****e Tom Cruise version obviously
