Haven't updated my list for a while :) STTNG, Shadow and Dirty Harry all gone and the current list is

Addams Family
Spiderman
Bram Stokers Dracula
Fish Tales
Aerobatics

Better still, why not a snapshot?? i.e. thread opens 1 Jan 2014, and closes 31 Jan 2014, and then maybe another snapshot in July?? This would give us a good indication of how many are about and how many have been added to the "group" in the first 6 months of the year....???
 
Would it be better to have a bit of your profile that lists the number in your possession, a bit like Pinside?

That way the PI site could have a real-time running total, assuming people keep their machine figure accurate.

Of course, this requires effort and skill from clever people to develop and implement, and may also be less fun.

Just saying.
 
I could add a custom field where people could either put a number of pins owned, or maybe it would allow a list of pins....

...I thought about the predefined list, but that potentially opened up an even larger chunk of work to create a list of machines, which then means this forum also becomes a database of known machines - something Pinside already does very well, then I got a headache & stopped thinking about it...
 
I'm all for scrapping this list and starting afresh, so many machines have been passed fom person to person, or sold by people no longer around or what have you, this number must be hugely inaccurate.

I like the "snapshot" idea. It could be done quarterly.

Hello,

there's an ebay auction for a Funhouse where the seller lists his location as 'North East' - I asked; turns out he meant North Lincolnshire!

Whereabouts are you really? I'm York.
