Yeah -
CC was remade because of the price they were commanding, but unlike the other titles that were remade it commanded that price solely due to rarity as opposed to being a great game. A good game, sure, but not an all time great. I was surprised that so many people went in on the remake. I’m guessing it was a mix of people who hadn’t played the original, and people who were pinning their hopes on Lyman working his magic with the updated code.
That being said, I really like the game. My dad has had an original for years that came from
@Will2.0 - he loves late 90s B/W games and he’s a fan of westerns so it clicks for him - and whilst it isn’t that deep, it’s charming and fun. Personally I prefer it to Monster Bash.
