Stern Led Zeppelin

Flesh Gordon would be an awesome pin. power pasty rollovers for the win.

As a teenager I worshipped the rock gods that are Zep , Purple and Sabbath. Only a Sabbath pin would I buy blind as in it could be as bad as RS but I'd still have to have it. Zep had to be special. I'm sure it will play great but art package is really lettting this one down. Maybe we are being spoilt with the artwork on recent Stern titles

Left hand side of game looks like Star Wars home pin, right side ramp is off Munsters.

Considering Mr R has been working on this for well over 12 months, I think he has been watching youtube videos or porn for most of that time.

Just does not look a lot on it. I adore the band, and was really excited for this to come out.

Really wish I never sold my Aerosmith.
 
I think he's spent all hit time doing motorhead.

Happens with almost every SR release. ST - craaaaaap, GoT - awful awful, BK3K - traaagic. All three shoot really well and are fun to play, this has long shots like WPT, I reckon it will be a great shooter, it's a shame the art is terrible but I'd rather play a decent game than whatever GnR is.
 
The artwork on the pro is passable. Layout seems fun if a bit tight. It's real a shame they remove the 4th wireform for the pro model. If that was available as an upgrade kit I don't think they'd sell many prem/le !
 
That is one nasty looking pinball machine. Watching the video made me want to play Guns & Roses 😂

Not too bothered about Stairway because it's too long and starts too slow.

I'll not make any judgement on how it shoots though and I suspect it may be decent.

It's hard to get past the first impressions of the playfield, cabinet & backglass though . . . . . horrible looking thing.

I'm interested to play but it's too ugly to own.
 
Powdercoated black, along with the accessory button protectors helps (or are the supplied intregrated into the rail?), though the playfield still clashes. Or red...

It's a band that will always expand their fan base year after year with younger audiences, their mix of rock, blues and folk draw people in from a diverse group. How that translates to pin sales we will have to wait and see.
