Spooky Pinball Scooby Doo

Thank goodness they got the classic licence with its original assets and voice actors. Can you imagine if it was the latest outing 😳
But hey someone might actually like this PC crap so you never know 20yr’s from now and how times are changing. 😂

Code is quite advanced for a reveal. Lot better than Stern. It’s not grabbing me to be honest. Not sure if it’s the lack lustre music or just the theme doesn’t work with pinball. Not for me..
 
Considering it’s early code it’s got plenty of meat on the bones.
As for theme I reckon they really scooped this out of the hands of the major players and good for them as they doing it justice.
Music and sound affects were as expected and it’s great they haven’t used soundalikies but the real deal.
Not sure how anyone can say the theme doesn’t work for pinball It’s been a family favourite for generations and I’m sure it will be a great earner on site as we’re many others of this ilk.
Pleased I’m onboard just hope they manage to get them out a little quicker than my RnM
 
I thought that looked pretty good. Far stronger theme than say the rumoured Foo Fighters game.
Not certain if I could have it and Alice Cooper though. Upper playfield/tunnels looks to similar in feel.

If it was 6k I’d be all over it.

I’m with you John. We both have AC and it’s similar shooting apart from the upper playfield. I personally prefer the AC theme and music! It’s not 10k, hell if that’s 10k JJP need to price their games at 20k. Looking forward to Steve Ritchie’s next one. To me Toy Story 4 looks more fun..
 
I had ACNC and it was great apart from too tight shots and some dodgy engineering. I hope they learned from that and this looks great.
Really needs someone to come up with a better solution to streaming though, watching the playfield on a tv is like watching it on my phone!

Not had any issues with my AC apart from the top of the guillotine coming off..

I’ve played Toy Story both le and ce and trust me its … scooby for the win … it’s a pity people can’t embrace the fact that a company like spooky are bringing us a packed game with a great theme and giving us another option to stern and jjp …. Once upon a time on here people used to get excited about a new pin , now it’s norm to pull them apart and winge about what it’s missing or how much it costs ! It’s a game people try and have fun and embrace it
 
Price has to be a factor though. 10 grand is a lot of money however you cut it. Are there other things that you would rather spend your money on? It’s enough for a couple of decent holidays. Half the cost of owning a dog.

It all comes down to priorities and whose money it is. (I’d get grief for spunking that amount of cash and ignoring my wife wanting to spruce up the front garden)


Would I potentially like this game? It’s a total hit for me in terms of theme but for me it’s not quite enough to justify the initial cost.
 
I really like my Halloween CE @ £8.5k, had a few issues but spooky customer service has been good and sent me stuff direct. Easy fixes.
Game is getting better and better, playfield quality is very good. Spooky only have butter cabs😂

Good to have young blood making pinball and not the usual old fogies.

Scooby looks good to me, hope I get to play one.
 
That looks incredibly good fun. Really strongly implemented theme, great music and light shows.

Personally, for me, it looks like it might involve shooting the same basic shots over-and-over on a fan layout (a problem I had with Lord of the Rings), but it’s hard to tell how it would play to a less expert player and most people like easier games with strong themes.
