I received my service manual for ED yesterday 
Read it out loud - see what happens!
I think Evil Dead is way better than 2 or 3. The original has so much charm, comedy, gore and Sam Raimi’s ability along with his clear desire to experiment and stand out as a film maker shine through. The bigger budget on the 2nd film harms it I think although the headless chainsaw welding naked girlfriend scene is hard to beat.
So....
1) Evil Dead - Dated but still a classic. Enjoyed it.
2) Evil Dead 2 - Pretty terrible. Effects look worse than the original. Not a sequel or a remake. No story or build up and goes straight into the action. Bruce Campbell looks like Michael Jackson when he 'turns' in Thriller.
3) Army of Darkness - Quite bizarre. Only relation to ED is Bruce, the chainsaw and a couple of rotter's. Should have been titled 'Medieval Madness vs Jason and the Argonauts'.
I've seen the latest one but need to watch the 4th.

Yeah the series is brilliant, easily my personal favourite part of the franchise with the first movie.

Yeah that show was brilliant. Perfect mix of humour and horror. The episode where they go back to the cabin was epic.

The series has the best balance between the two and Campbell delivered his lines with perfection, the whole scene with Ash arguing against himself whether he is a sexiest and a racist was brilliantly executed.
Plus Lucy Lawless on screen is always a bonus
This board is the most annoying, crappy board ever conceived, why the **** they decide to add so many connectors to it and put it under the playfield at the bottom is just the ****test idea ever... 10 minute change... , i dont think so when you have a $450 board you don't want to go up in smoke for the second time in front of your customer...
What a total cluster ****...
And what was the problem with a switch matrix??? why did they need to go back to direct switches for everything. lets just use loads more wire and connectors... jesus christ...
16 optos and each one has a separate 4 pin plug going to the driver board...
Its like no-one at spooky ever checked how any previous game from 1980 to 1999 was wired up.. Lets reinvent everything and go backwards ... F F S.. i need to count to 10 lol!!! total insanity..

It was little more too, 5 mins into staring at nothing more than his mug rather than the pin was enough, needs to get himself out of the shot and concentrate on what people want to see.
This is why Spooky are unreliable and why I wouldn't buy one.

Yeah it’s a shame, as he never used to be like that. I find it really frustrating to watch as he walks past some really interesting stuff and just keeps the camera on his face

They’ll never learn about the shaker will they !! lol I hope every evil dead owner checks they put a proper shaker driver board in there!! Otherwise I’d be unplugging it and getting my pac board to interface it !

Insanity looked like a really fun mode to play
LoserKid did a great interview with Bug, well worth checking out. Bug discusses insanity mode being one of his first ideas of the game and the plan is to code the mechs so they operate in sync with laugher as well as with eachother as you become more and more insane.
He also took a cool idea that he said he is going to call Ben up and discuss implementing with Linda. Currently she gives you bad advice when her deadite version is active and good advice/game instructions when her non deadite version is active.
It sounds like he is going to add tricks when her non deadite version is active, during insanity so even when her non deadite version is facing the player, you can’t be sure if what she is telling you is true i.e. your ball save is valid when it’s not.
This game is a going to be an absolute banger for fans of the franchise!
