Well done, admitting the addiction is the first phase of recovery (not that you want to recover from this addition)Thanks guys for the welcome
Yeah I think it is already to late for me!!!
Welcome.Hello people,
Just signed up today, been lurking for a while. The guys over on ukvac and jammaplus say come here for pins
I got a games room at home with five machines (soon to be six) but no pins so far... I have a grail pin in mind but also looking for a couple of others.
Hope to learn a lot here and maybe even find something to buy!
Thanks,
Aaron.
Thanks for the warm welcome guys!
#1 on my wish list is a minty TOTAN but also after one or two other pins to go alongside it.
A Gorgar would be very welcome... there's a load of DMDs I'd be up for at the right price/condition. CFTBL perhaps.
I will be selling off my older machines as I am now more interested in the 90's so will consider offers
Hi David, at 62 you are a youngster . TBH I just ask my children and granddaughter to explain abbreviations to me FFS! I'm not put off by TLAs. Best wishes, John, at 62 I have trouble keeping up with the smart talk and abreviations,
That's the whole point really isn't it ? Playing. My machines weren't getting played which led me to the massive purge that I've had.Welcome, David...
I said that about my fathom....had it for decades...sold it last week, as sadly it was not getting used anymore, thought it would be good for someone else to enjoy it... 62 is not old my dad plays and he is 88, making you a 'nipper' in his words
Hi Dave what other pinballs do you have then, not twilight zone by any chance ??Hello all, thought I had better introduce myself. Have been with pinballowners.com as djs for some time but only found this site recently. How many senior members is there, at 62 I have trouble keeping up with the smart talk and abreviations, perhaps we could have are own forum?! PINBALL FOR GERIATRICS. Nick knows me bought a Specrum off him a few years back and still have it, also Bop 2.0 kit recently. Bought the Bop from Chris and still waiting for Martin to deliver it and will break the Bop that I have for spares, had a new Bop glass delivered from CPR yesterday and more than pleased, may get Manny to make me a new cabinet, looking forward to the Bop 2.0 build. Sorry to Cooldan for trying to wind him up yesterday, I can take a slap if I need one!
I will be selling off my older machines as I am now more interested in the 90's so will consider offers (best done through pinballowners.com).
Will not sell my Apollo unless I find a better one because that is where it all started Norwich Bowl in the seventies.
David
P.S will not sell my Fathom either!!
