Me, Kirk and @PUP heading to LA for The open World championships - one of the toughest tournaments I’ve played in - 5 game card for the main and 5 tournaments - classics Matchplay, classics I and II, The Open and High Stakes! IEPinball will be streaming the finals and odd bits of qualifying and some of the Matchplay! Suspect Andy might be on camera, this is the schedule - the broadcast schedule I’ll post shortly although with the time difference it wil be late UK time.

well I’m aiming to be in the top one hundred - too many outstanding players to do any better - that will be tough itself- also not a draw of games that I know well which sometimes can be helpful!

Neil.

Looking at that schedule  Seriously - good luck with the jet lag guys!

yeah we are all flying in early to try and get used to it! Usually I acclimatise just as I get on the return flight :D

Few Swedish guys flying in including Johan Flygare and his son. not sure any other European's are going though. and no Aussies so one of us might be on for the longest trip prize :D

I might do, if it was the old venue I would for sure, but new venue so need to see what the place is like. I'm taking my camera gear for photos but i bought a DJI RS2 for pinfest last year that I didn't get round to using so I might take that.

Played all those other than Sinbad. Rollergames an odd choice for a competition, unless they can change the settings the sudden death is really high scoring but a random feature

Maybe there is an alternate competition Rom for Rollergames?

Did you not get to play Mark Squires lovely Eye of the Tiger? It's a game I used to play all the time at Uni. There's a good back flip for the red targets and top lane from one of the left flippers that can keep you out of danger.
