Interesting use of the Item Condition setting "Manufacturer Refurbished". When did Bally go bust?

Also, the Coin Mechanism section at the bottom of the description is an interesting little read. Is WD40 the lubricant of choice for coin mechs? I thought everything in pinball should run dry (except the players)?

No, certain metal parts need a wee bit of lube every time a game is serviced. Say an actuator/pivot arm on vuk, s. That pivot requires a small amount of oil like 3in1
 
Think his ego is getting the better of him. Looks like it's been wiped with a dirty rag.
 
I think Manny is trying his hand as a comedian. Note the title of the work is "Random Offcuts". Maybe he's just testing to see if there's some pinball loon out there deranged enough to drop half a tonne on a pile of splinters?
 
It is art. Art only needs to make sense to one person with the money to buy it and it will sell.
Personally, I like the idea and read something into it but am not in the market at the price.
To others, they see some pinballs on a bit of wood at the price of a cheap end pin so it seems outrageous.
We have to let artists come up with new ideas or the only art we would have would be landscape or portrait paintings.

Made out of the Honda BAR F1 winning season car, put together with carbon fibre from the man who did the carbon fibre for the car. I stopped myself and got into pinballs instead but I am sure people thought he was just trying to cash in.

well then you're gonna bust a blood vessel, as there is no way he is gonna stay quiet about it. my prediction is he posts once a day about it for the next few days, then pulls it
 
He's already done that about three times on this particular machine. Far worse than ever before.

I need to filter my yahoo group messages somehow so don't get an email on every message posted. Take Wez's messages out and it's manageable but lately my inbox is overflowing greater than your avatar's cleavage.

Seriously, am I the only one getting annoyed with the plethora of messages?

Not so much annoyed, but more bored to death of seeing all very similar posts by him.

Overkill springs to mind. Yes i get you want to sell your machine, but theres no need to go on about it every day
 
I think its the fact I have to filter through manually and delete the sh*te out of my inbox that gets annoying. If I can sort that, think I'll be in the same boat as you....
 
The irony is that he could have put the machine up for 600 quid and it would have dissapeared with little or no faf.

Instead people are left thinking 'what a twat'.

Actually think Wez is a member here. Lives not far from you BTW and looks like he can handle himself. Just sayin. ;)

I know Wez pretty well I think, enough to be able to tell him he's OTT on pinball flips and sales and he kind of acknowledges it.... Annoying yes (and I'll pull him up for it) but actually a decent bloke otherwise, believe it or not.
