Dutch pinball doing " Back to the future ? "

I heard anywhere from $15-$25 per machine..
think that was on a interview with Rodger Sharp..

So $60K- $125K….
Stern paid $M for Beatles licence.. and look how long they took to sell..
once bitten….
 
Isn't that because they were priced ridiculously high?
The price at the time was ridiculously high for what you where getting which was essentially viewed as less than a pro but the way Stern distributed the game hurt sales.

They did it like Topps card, likely because John Buscaglia had joined Stern from Topps (super nice and helpful guy btw) so for distributors to get 1 platinum, maybe it was 2 and 1 diamond they had to take something like 10 golds.
