Looking like today is going to be a reveal of sorts ( MNPinball - he is usually spot on ).

700 LE so less than usual.
 
It’s a hard theme to get right. I don’t think I know a more picky bunch of nerds than RPG fans.

If it’s based on the recent dreadful film it’ll be a hard one to sell. Personally I think they would be better off using artwork from the rule books rather than film footage.

Even basic rules will be a minefield. Will it be based around classic 2nd edition or 5e?

Got to admit I’m potentially more interested in it than yet another superhero theme.

Now a Call of Cthulhu pin could potentially be great.
 
Coming from someone with hundreds of Dungeons & Dragons books on my shelf, I have lower expectations for this than I'd have an ordinary game. Given it's a year post the awful movie, at least it's highly unlikely to be based on that.
 
The topper won't be as awesome as the bally one. Just pray the game play is better than that lump
 
Is it a safe space to admit I recently spunked hundreds of of pounds on Runequest expansion packs?

Worst thing is they all got put instantly into the loft. As a grown ass man I am never going to get around to re-reading the rules to TrollPak again but wanted to replace the stuff I had as a teenager.

Ditto a load of James Bond RPG stuff and Golden Heroes. I could never quite get into Traveller.

Dragon mech looks quite cool- wonder if this is a flat plastic in the pro or they keep it in to shift games?
 
So what’s the sub header about?

Did a quick google and nothing jumps out? Tied into a computer game maybe?
 
lets be optimistic it could be the greatest game ever......
dragons ,mages, paladins, ..medievil madness......
but i want warhammer! doh!
 
Not much difference between the Pro and Premium, more movement on the dragons head and it spits the ball out, and the pop up dungeon scoop, that seems to be it, excluding the cosmetic stuff.

Edit: and 6 balls on Pro vs 8 an Premium/LE

So the terrifying roar of a Red Dragon kind of ends up being a touch on the camp side.

Definitely interested in playing one.
