In defence of Marcel, I think we agree his humour in the 2nd post missed the mark and left many of us confused if the machine was NIB, or faulty requiring repair.

But it is a hard game to gauge price on, have any even changed hands over here?
The pool of people looking to buy such an expensive game will be small and the sale price will be based on what people offer him for it, regardless of the asking price.

Its 25% cheaper than distributors and open to offers, if he was selling a US NIB Bond Pro for 6k, I'm sure people would be just fine with it.

Why pay 19k when you could air freight yourself one over from the US yourself?

but it's US version not a UK version.

He did say it would be converted to UK 60hz prior to sale, but take your point.

Well the short answer is I don't have that sort of money. But the hassle, risk etc would put me off too, are they really selling for $12K in the US.... used ones maybe, but you would have to find a seller willing to sort out freight, which isn't easy.

The only two NIB's for sale on Pinside are $16k ish, with VAT and shipping, currency conversion charges etc on top.

Well, one things for sure.
This place definitely sucks for selling pins.
It works fine for the majority that straightforwardly list a game with a clear description , photos and price.

Start ****ing around being clever/ funny/ awkward and it invariably heads south fast.

How do you work that out?
I've bought every single reasonably priced pin (that i don't have) listed for sale on this forum, within minutes.
Where else can you sell something so quick?
Happy you had a great outcome, that’s how it should be.
I’m sure many will disagree having seen their For Sale posts go down the toilet due to peeps becoming triggered in some way or another.
Yes there are rules but guys……relax. Was I the only one that seen the humour in the OPs description?

A US version actually has more in it, a power take off service point and another mech on the coin door, technically costs more in parts than an EU spec. Otherwise nothing different apart from the fuse.

Edit, forgot to mention the Electrocoin embargo tax

Ok - happy to accept constructive thoughts - how would you have it??
(Serious question!)

No problem at all with official admin moderation. Member posts on For Sale threads suspected as being deliberate derail in nature. Perhaps need to be kept in check.

I can't figure out if this is or isn't for sale, how much it is, whether its in a box or damaged, if I'm paying In euros or rupees, if it'll work in the UK etc.
What a total waste of time.

At this point it would be easier and less confusing, plus a **** load cheaper to bring one over from the states 😂

This One will have to go to EBAY. I will be stunned if anyone buys this on here after this debacle of a trilogy of the most strange posts I have ever read regarding a for sale ad. Always time for a bit of humor fun but I genuinely thought I was missing something, anyways, I’m out.
You we're never in, I feel no FOMO from your feeble attempt to make me feel as if I might have potentially missed a customer.
