Thanks Wayne for printing the loop mod for my Rush, works perfectly and loop has registered 100% since installing must have for any Rush owners!

I've told them only acceptable resolution is a complete NIB replacement.

It's properly caved in. Will possibly work, butbit is a precision bit of machinery so not taking any risks at nearly 2k

How have you got on with Bambu? Have they arranged a replacement yet?

Mine arrived on Saturday, and after seeing your experience I was quite anxious to get it unboxed and inspected. Luckily it was okay.

The courier XDP were dreadful though. Bambu charged £80 for a supposedly 3-5 day, 2 person service. XDP took 10 days to deliver and was brought by a single guy! He must have had his Weetabix though, he lifted it a lot easier than I could!

Bambu have been great.
Its due to be collecred Monday, but iI havent had a shipping label yet.
Delivery expected a further 2-3 weeks away though

Same experience as you with XPD, almost certainly it was them who damaged it

Sucks you've got to wait, but good to hear their support is good.

From looking at the Bambu forums, it seems there's been an awful lot of dissatisfaction with XDP.

I'm getting to grips with my H2D. It's a much more polished looking product than my old Prusa XL, and so much quieter than my old Bambu X1C.

Just printed a cheap and cheerful topper for the Bond pin that's on it's way.
