You only need to turn it off in the menu to get the correct colours, so would not bother doing this until you solve the main problems

UPDATE : Firstly I would like to say a big thanks to all of you who offered help & advice for me to sort the woz liight problem. I am glad to say Thanks to Robertlucus1970 who has been guiding me ( a useless twat) through to a diagnosis. I can't thank him enough but hopefully maybe oneday I can buy him a few beers. Once again thank you all.

id personally keep it now because it’s turned into a thread about trying to get this machine fixed for its owner. ok maybe said owner could have asked for help first. but let’s excuse him that faux pas and try get him on the road to a solution.

Im not sure on the policy of the site, never looked into it.
But is it not better to see games for sale on this site and not on ebay ?
Anyway we got the light problem fixed, no output from 18, so he just needs a single LED board to get it 100%

Brilliant news. Well done for helping him Robert.

I've been a recipient of help and advice on this forum more times than I can recall. @CHRIS B PINBALLS helping sort my STTNG after I'd foolishly removed the backbox is a particular highlight.

Anyway, I'm glad he can keep what is clearly a very lovey bit of kit.

It wouldn't let me sell on here unless I had made a donation etc or so I was led to believe, again if thats wrong sorryyyyyy it said you have to be certified, I was by Rampton & Broadmore but that was a while ago, cert's prob expired now

I would drop this member GillAy a message as he is installing new light kit in his Woz and will have old boards spare.
Also put a wanted add on the parts forum, lots of people have upgraded and should have some of the old board left.

If it were me I would have put the version 2.0 upgrade kit in, next owner will just get a the headache with the same issues in the future like you have.
