“Here it comes”

I keep thinking to sell then not sell this game but after a few months and it being my first game at home and with the arrival of GZ I have decided now it’s start of the new year to make a choice

I could never get over 5 million on this game and then after a stonking 3hr session on GZ I tried again and smashed 15 million

I find the game fun albeit i’m now aware i prefer the newer games - playing this after a new game is nice and i can see why people have a preference over age and brand

Anyways, Bought it from Matt Vince at the end of the summer last year. Did some minor electrical soldering to 1 if the flipper wires that had come off. Cleaned up and adjusted the pop bumpers as the yellow ones were firing much faster than the reds and now they are the same.
I’ve cleaned up the trough switch as it wasn’t registering like 1 in 20 balls.
Hitting the flippers a few times previously solved the problem

Any more info / photos / video walk round let me jnow

It’s jammed in and i can’t get to the back atm and don’t want to move it until it has to be moved so can’t get right side of back box

It was in pinball republic and has a nice high score on it from the UK championships last year

It has LED playfield conversion

I’m in west london and your free to come visit and try it out

Absolutely loved playing this game at the UK Open, probably the best playing Whirlwind I have ever played. GLWS

In my top 3 of best pinballs of all time, one of the few pins with that just one more go feel, very challenging but not unfair, the more you play the better it gets and the game over show means you finish with a smile regardless of how well you’ve done, plus have a shower first and save energy and dry your hair while having a game of pinball, machine will pay for itself in energy savings alone in 6 months

Full game rewrite to DMD usage, autolauncher, ball save, new features etc etc

That does sound fun. Perhaps i will revisit in the future or get to play a machine that has all this. Still not enough for me to want to retain the game at home
