What retro games are you currently playing?

Cool, I’d not heard of this.

I’ll fire it up on the MiSTer this weekend!
Enjoy. A game I only recently tried actually. This was on my wanted list for years to pick up on the Japanese GameBoy Advance in early 2000's but never did. I only remembered about it the other week. Well impressive actually, classic Sega House of The Dead music also 👌

Yeah, I don't mind paying the going rate but those are quite a bit over (especially the Fit Music) and have been on eBay for a while  Tbh though mate, those prices aren't that bad compared to collecting Master System

I'm only 6 games away from the full set of CIB UK released Master System  I'm also only 2 games off a full PAL Wii U set as well so if anyone has a copy of Luv Me Buddies Wonderland or Fit Music Wii U then give me a shout

The heavy hitters shelf is looking pretty good!

Awesome... I see a nicely displayed Compile shooter in top left also :D

Been playing around in VR with Arcade Time Capsule in me Quest 3 a bit.

What an awsome thing that is! Bit of a ball ache to set up but really does feel like being back in the arcades.

This arrived today so I know what I'll be playing later :D From a seller on eBay who makes cart mod versions of games for the Master System that were either unreleased or only came out in Japan for the Mk 3 etc. In this case the Game Gear version of Shinobi which has awesome music by Yuzo Koshiro and comes with a manual and poster.....really top quality work

After many years and more money then I'd like to think about I've finally finished my Complete In Box UK Master System collection :D every game ever released in the UK now sits on these shelves  It was the first console I ever really lusted after as a kid and couldn't afford so only got to play it round a mates house which is why I always wanted to collect for it. So happy to have managed to get the full set

I grabbed the Atari anniversary collection a couple weeks ago (was chap on humble bundle).
I didnt expect much more than the usual collection of old Atari classics and a bunch of 2600 games - but theres a ton. (even more if you get the DLC - and there was a 15% code with the bundle).
Lots of interesting videos and such too about the goings on at atari and what not. Well worth it I thought. You get a bunch of those recharged remakes they did not so long back - some are a bit meh but some are pretty good.

Awesome collection, well done mate. Loved my master system as a kid, original with 3d glasses, phaser, control stick and loads of games. Wonder Boy, Shinobi and Psycho Fox absolute classics, miss it loads.

Amazing collection. How many UK titles are there?

@Markjduk somewhere around the 270 mark but some games have both Cart and MyCard variants and others have original and classic versions. I've got all of the MyCard variants but wanted the original cart versions so didn't collect the classic variants as I'm not that keen on the different box art.

Same 👍🏻 never had an NES and the SMS was the first console which was "mine":-)
Prior to that it was playing my older brothers' Atari, commodor 64 and thr Amiga.
Most exciting times were once in a while getting taken to a place called *Rodney's in Barking to pick out a SMS game (prob trading in a game or two to get a new one)
*lol
Had the time of my life playing Shinobi, thunderblade, outrun (with the weired flight yoke looking steering wheel...), wonder boy, Vigilante (loved that game!) , Rocky and Black belt (and kung fu master??) Oh sms port of R-type was awesome at the time too!
What i loved about sms ports, were sega didn't try and aim for the arcade graphics, but did a different take which made the most SMS.
I also had the 3d glasses (would be worth nice money now!..) and the light gun. Unfortunately when I got a megadrive, my dad took me to Rodney's to trade towards some jpn MD games. Even then I had the feeling that we'd got a bit ripped off:-( but this was before the days odd ebay and such.
