Website page issues

It's because EE Decided to screw about with their DNS servers.... a few threads exist on their customer support forums - along with multiple people with the same issues. Apparently it;s with the Exec team at EE... and people are being told that it could take up to a week to be sorted (again, another pointer to it being a DNS issue, as changes need to propagate through the DNS hierarchy...
 
Nothing about parental controls anywhere. I even typed it in the search but nothing comes up. Can't find ANYTHING, I've lost my rag now F&$K it !!!
go on the EE app
press manage at the bottom
Scroll down and click on check settings
Click on parental controls
Change from teen to adult settings

The ironic thing about this? I went and changed mine to 13+ to see if it failed... and it did.

I went back, changed back to 18+.... and it still doesnt work :rofl:

What a pita that was all my settings were all correct but still no joy , all working now switched airplane mode on and off and in the end plug my charger in the phone as I was down to 2% charge and now all working 🤔
 
@Lickashot on the EE app, click home.
Then select your phone account. Then click the person icon top right. Then settings. Then settings and permissions. The parental controls. Then follow my earlier post from there.

You have to put your phone into airplane mode for it to take affect

Yep did that too ! And switch phone off and on , I think it’s just very very slow to adjust there settings .
