Wanted by private buyer - I had one of these in the late 1970s and have regretted ever since selling it in the late 1980s. :(

I have one that I would be glad to sell, but I live in Texas. Any way you're willing to pay shipping from Texas on top of the cost of the machine? My zip code is 75457. Let me know, and have a blessed day!!!! :)

OK, so the obvious is 1/. Does it work? 2/. How much do you want for it? and 3/. Do you have any photos of it?

And we can go from there, so look forward to hearing from you

So my friend Marshall has been repairing it to get it in as good of a condition as he can, and he does currently have it working and playable. That being said, it could definitely still use some TLC. I know the backglass is chipped up pretty badly, and I'm sure there will be other things that could be repaired as well. I'm trying to raise money to get a newer Pinball machine (a solid state machine with a multiball feature, dot matrix display, etc. Probably something late 80s or early 90s like Police Force (1989)). So I'm trying to raise around $3,000 which is what several pinball machines from that era seem to go for on Facebook Market Place. Obviously, this machine isn't worth $3,000, but if you're interested, feel free to make an offer of what you might be willing to pay. I would also be willing to entertain trades for other pinball machines you may have that meet the criteria listed above. I also have a Williams' Blue Chip Pinball Machine from 1976 that is in good, working condition that I would be willing to trade and/or sell if you have any interest in that. I will post some videos and pictures below. Let me know what you think. Thanks so much, and have a blessed day!!!! :)

Interesting, but such a shame about the back glass! How on earth did it get like that?

Am still interested though, albeit I think you are asking far too much with that damaged glass.

Does the red ball saver between the flippers work? Should pop up when the 200 button is lit in the field as the ball goes over it.

Have had bad experience with this machine with somebody scamming me once, but I do have a guy who imports machines from the States and it might be better for me to pay a bit more to him as he has an agent in the US who buys them for him and then his UK workshop fully overhauls them.

So, what is your very best price? As I think $3000 is way too much given the condition, but we can hopefully come to some sort of deal via my third party, as I would feel safer that way.

Look forward to hearing from you

John S
PS And what is the green band round the back of the machine holding up?

The ball save feature does work, and the green band was just a strap that my friend Marshall had on it while we were transporting it. I really need to try to get about $1500 for it if at all possible, and I am glad to go through whatever intermediary party you would like to use. I know there are a lot of scammers out there, so I'm glad to give you whatever security we can. :) Let me know what you think, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!!!! Have a blessed day!!!! :)

Sorry for the delay, but I can’t get a hold of the guy in the UK who imports machines from the States, I mentioned.

However, in the meantime……….given the state of the back glass, I think you are still asking too much for it, and given the price they have fetched in the past (see screen grab)

I’m not saying you should sell yours that cheap, but I have to bear in mind the shipping costs – do you have any idea of what they would be?

And just coming back to the back glass, - I can’t see how that got so damaged, not unless the machine got damp at some point in its life? Or do you know how it got so damaged?

Look forward to hearing from you
John S

Hello Again!!!! No problem on the delay!!!! The backglass was like that when my friend acquired the machine 4 or 5 years ago, so unfortunately I don't know how it came to be in that condition. My friend has kept it in his garage for the last 4 or 5 years with some other pinball machines and arcade units. I don't know the cost for shipping unfortunately, but I can only imagine it isn't cheap. According to the online quote that I looked up it looked like it would be anywhere from $515 to $1,125 to ship a pinball machine from my location in Texas to Ispwich, England. I could drop the price of the machine to $1,000. I know that it is still more than you are hoping to pay. But scarcity is a factor in pricing as well. Also, I will need at least $2,000 to have any chance at getting a slightly more modern pinball machine, so $1,000 would get me at least half way there. Anyways, after you get a hold of your import guy, let me know what you think. Would you be willing to buy it from me for $1,000 plus shipping? Let me know. :) Thanks so much, and have a blessed day!!!! :) Happy Easter!!!! :)
