I should have started this shop log from the beginning but I’ve just been too busy.
Photos is where I’m at.
Cabinet and decals are finished, the usual treatment just like my last two shop logs.
The screen printing will be done soon then it’s ready for the playfield to go back in.
I have managed to turn this around in 2 months. I must say the more you do the better they come out.
Will add some older photos later.

in a line up the cabinet looked ok, but as you can see it had a few knocks.

Once the cabinet decals was removed the damage was clear to see. @Ant-H was kind enough to help with the resin, repairing the larger area’s.

The playfield is nice enough to just tidy up. Once everything was removed I sanded the underneath as well the backboard.
Cabinets in primer show loads of spots I missed with filler.
Always nice receiving the metal back from the platers

Yesterday I finished the playfield, the underside that is. The topside I will do once it’s back in the cabinet.
The tiger saw plastic was very tatty, rather than buy a replacement I thought maybe a real blade would look better chromed.
Can’t wait to see this in the machine.

Big thanks to @Ant-H for screen printing the cabinet., it’s perfect. A curry and few games made the evening.

Tomorrow I will get the cabinet harness in and test, then the playfield next week, if I can get a friend over that is. My brother is on holiday, otherwise he would be helping as always.

Always a little nervous when I switch on the machine after a full strip down.

Playfield went in on Friday. A nervous switch on, on Saturday. Apart from adjusting two pop bumper switches, everything worked very good indeed. I'm sure there will be a few tweaks later after a few games.
Two labels still to be fitted later.
It can now sit back in my lineup,
