The "I just beat my high score" thread

That's a cracking score on a Drack.
It's great when it all comes together and you can't beat the 30 million shout outs.
 
My first decent score on Centaur, I'm guessing its pretty low :-) . Whats a good score? Oh extra balls on for chamber and O.R.B.S but not for high scores.

Despite playing pretty rubbish in the tournaments at 8bitflip this weekend bar a couple of games, I had a few good games at the lock in and in between tournaments, including finally getting to tour the mansion on TAF, a machine that generally hates me. But the highlight was getting to Lost in the Zone on Twilight Zone - thanks to @cooldan for being a cheerleader throughout :clap: - at one point he yelled 'concentrate on the game! stop talking to me!' or something like that - he wouldn't even play his ball so I could keep going with mine. I didn't realise a small crowd had gathered either - probably just as well or I may have bottled it. Thanks for the support and the applause guys :D Anyway, ended on 1,544,863,150 - Dan has a picture I'm sure. Cheers Dan!

Once saw stormy aka nick fury aka @mufcmufc clock the game in a tournament.He even beat the poor blokes score with the visible score let alone him clocking it :-o,plus he pur 8.9million mine.My best was more similar to your score

I remember watching that game, the ball would just not drain.
The guys face he was playing was a picture as well , he could not believe what was happening to him. Don't think I have ever seen that guy since, think he was a Scandinavian.

Indeed he is Finnish and Janne Toukkari is his name. I haven't seen him recently, he was last active at the IFPA World Champs in Germany two years ago where he finished 28th!

I was looking more at his girlfriend at the time, more pleasing to the eye and a dam good player.

Nice work! Not an easy task.

I have still not quite got there. I play on 3 ball factory settings and refuse to change it!
I removed my Cliffy protector from the scoop the other day and am now getting very close to Crypt Jam quite regularly. I think I will finally get there by the end of this week.

I got the mode extra ball on my first ball.
Lit the super crypt kicker and had that for absolutely ages!
Did you know if you roll down the right in lane you can bang it straight into the scoop to start a mode?so you can skip hitting the lit spinner.
 
Excuse the missing backglass (it's got a flaky bottom and no lift bar so it's not going back in until I don't need to keep opening the backbox every 5 minutes) but after finally changing all the self-test settings for a standard 3-ball as per the manual I finally managed to rack up a score over 300k. More than a million over 300k! GOLD BALL only has 6-digit displays but internally has 7-digit counting. To account for this short coming there is a lamp above each display. On indicates 1 million and flashing indicates 2 million, so my score was 1,470,400. Nice :)

IMG_0689.JPG Put up this monster on WoZ last night, got Haunted Forest multiball, not had it before. Think I may have got 2x Jackpot which was a significant 700k before doubling, I'm not certain how I collected the jackpot, I tried every shot and the only one I couldn't make was the spinner. I did make the shot and a while later the jackpot was low so I think it was that.
