The best and most horrible backglass

Great shout from Phil on this one.

I love the Godzilla and Batman backglass.

However there are some shockers like CSI & Sopranos.

What's your best & worst?

It's too hard to choose a favourite.
I think the worst ones are any with real people on them or just photographed ones in general.

I have a penchant for 1960's & early 1970's artwork.

Comparing backglasses with a similar theme is a fun game.

I find this one lazy and unimaginative.



I find this one much more effective.

Space invaders and Gorgar are both really cool too.

Lots of good stuff already mentioned but check out Strange World by Gottlieb and Superman by Atari However, if you want to go a bit further afield then Spanish pinball has come crackers! Have a look at:

• Lortium and Faeton by Juegos Populares
• Star Fire, UFO-X and Nautilus by Playmatic
• Wolf Man and Nemesis by Peyper

Valkyrie by Jeutel of France is also pretty cool but there's loads more of Spainish, Italian and French games with cool backglasses (or awful ones, depending on what you like ). Lortium is one of my favs and a game I hope to own someday
