I can kind of see the attraction of the older fruit machines where they occasionally paid out.

The idea of the video screen ones just screams “fixed” to me. The same with online casinos. Maybe I’m very wrong and there is tight regulation but personally I wouldn’t spend any cash that way.
 
When I went to Vegas a few years ago I was really looking forward to having a styrofoam cup full of quarters and playing a pull handled bandit.
When we got there I realised I was 30 years out of date[emoji846]

It's been wet at some point in its life. I suspect that wherever the head was stored had a leak and water dripped onto the top of the head which is why it's gone there
 
I had a bug infested Defender once (video not the pinball) and that was rapidly turning to sawdust. It was fine (ish) as a template but you'd have to chuck the whole thing really!

Worse, the bugs were still alive, sheesh.
 
I sent him a message asking if he could send a photo of inside. Said he didnt want to disturb it - but that there was a key \o/
 
I did have a bid on it - but was a little apprehensive with him have zero feedback too. (That and the fact it was in the deep sarf - around 6 hrs drive to collect an empty wooden box - albeit with a nice backglass wasnt appealing)
