Have they turned it off and on again?
Had a similar issue with a friends Tron Legacy when I updated the code, turning it off and on again and it went away. Although that was a US machine with a mod to make it run on 50Hz.

keep getting this error message on my IM VE, updated the Rom and now tried different ones.Help!

yes i have turned off and on many times
i have made 3.1 bios and update again nothing change
change the power board, the battery, the cable ... same problem
change usb memory and use different dimension ... same problem

The main change is that there's different ROM chips in it, right? Could that be region-specific?

Or more likely board revision...
Family guy is one of the first sam games iirc.
Might have to be a frequency mod solution here unless another cpu board is an option..
