I've had a problem with Stern Insider Connect not showing the hsotiory of scores in activity - just shows 0 score although keeps most recent and high score and all achievements OK.
So was suggested to me to unregister the machine and reregister.
I've unregistered but can;t seem to reregister. As far as I remember, you have to scan the QR code on the machine to register it but when I do this, it just opens up my Stern insider account and does nothing more.
I can see the machine there showing unregistered still but can;t work out how to register.
I'm waiting to hear back from Stern on a support ticket re the scores not showing but thought would ask here first before I raise a second one as first one not answered yet!
Have looked on pinside where people talk about reregistering but no-one seems to have failed to do it like me!
