Only issue i've found with powdercoating is that it's caused my lockdown bar to 'rub' when fitting it in place.

It's slowly taking the powder off the side rails. Not really figured out a way to get around the issue.

Tease the edges of the lockdown bar out a fraction. Wrap some masking tape around the jaws of a large adjustable spanner.
