A question from my Dad about Pinled CPU that we have, any help would be really appreciated.

PINLED CPU ZENER DIODES.

Booting became intermittent and eventually stopped.
The LED's then indicated that the RAM had failed at U8 and was duly replaced, the 6809 has also been proven good in another CPU.
D19 & D21 are stuck on.
[Game chip and ASIC have been removed at present for testing taking place with other CPU's]

Pinled D2 reads .604
D1 cannot get a reading!
D25 reads .596k
D15 – D18 all read .596 or .597 (at the bottom of the board)

So I suspect D1
I am presuming it is of similar spec to the others, but I don't know what that spec is so have not been able to order a replacement thus far.
Please can someone identify it for me and confirm that D1 and D2 on the Pinled board are the same spec and should give
the same reading?
