pinball trolly, will this do the job?

I need this in my life after the Sunday morn fiasco my poor back been in bits.
Only flaw I see is the storage as it’s a little bulky.

That's a lot of weight going through the cab base. You might be better off putting a couple of bits of wood across the Jack so that the cab sides take the weight

Well, I've seen tons of people move machines around on these type of trolleys at big events (like UKOpen and Pinfest) so I assume they know what they're doing. I guess on really old machines it might be an issue, but has anyone ever actually personally knocked the base out of a machine lifting like that?

I've googled this to death and my favourite looking trolly option is 'Redneck pinball Dolly version 2.0'. It's about the 4th version he's built. About 3/4 of the way down his page at http://www.jeff-z.com/pinball/dolly/dolly.html

When I bought Hobbit the owner had one of the wooden curved parts that allowed one person to rotate it onto a trolley with no issue - was a much tougher job when I got it home without it!

I've looked at it but concluded I don't have the woodworking skills to make one, so if anyone fancies doing a few, I'll buy one

I'd wager never.

They're incredibly well constructed and resilient - being lifted in pretty much any way we can think of is not going to damage them. Here's 10 minutes of pinball machines being thrown off a roof, and every single cab survives the 20ft+ fall fully intact...

They simply wouldn't have survived being mistreated on sites for decades - 30-50 years plus in many cases - if this latest brain-fart of a worry was a real issue.

I think it's a custom built one, there's a thread on pinside called something like old men's bad back club that I found it in a while ago
