This may be technically correct, I have no idea, but no one else seems to say it.
 
I thought when you "pulled the trigger" it meant you were wavering BUT decided to do it in the end after all

Oh I'm not sure I thought it was just a term for buying something, I always switch off after seeing it though
 
It seems a waste of print space or airtime when a writer or broadcaster says 'watched on'. I've always thought people 'watch' or 'look on' rather than 'watch on'

Has there been a politically correct edict about the 'e' attached (or not) to the description 'blond'? I missed it if there was. So have lots of writers, apparently. Unless they're just being contrary.

I cannot stand the phrase 'cash on the glass' for when making a Pinball off.

"Turn up and offer him 1500, cash on the glass"


Ahhhhhh make it stop!
