Yes you can turn up on the day and buy a ticket (it may cost more than buying in advance) but the rooms at the hotel will be sold out in advance so it's likely that there will be no hotel accommodation available.

Absolutely, I spoke to Andy today I know you can pay by BACS now (or cheque) but other options SHOULD be available next week but the week after at the latest
