I'm there all weekend, fully booked. Must try and take it a bit easier in the bar on Friday night this year though 
I'm there Saturday only.
On that note is there anyone near Leicester who could do me a huge favour and collect a back glass for me and take it to the party?
It's for my Paragon.
Obviously I'd say thank you and offer you a crisp if I have a pack open when I see you for your efforts!!!

sadly i will be missing this one as well, though i was at the last 3 and they were all fantastic so i bet you'll all have a great time. i will be in South Korea at the time, eating dog gangnam style.

Problem is that weekend is the last of the school holidays.
I wouldn't make Friday but I'm only 2 hours drive away so can easily get there for the 10 o'clock opening. I'd stay Saturday night and head home on Sunday after it finishes at 5pm. If I go I'll also take my Bally Vector for everyone's amusement and earn £16 which almost pays for the tickets.
But this year I'm without my pinball buddy (he's on holiday in Spain) so would anyone be interested in going halves on a twin room which drops the price from £64 each for a single room to £34.50 each for a twin?

Andy has refunded anyone (myself included) that has paid via paypal. They've changed the terms since last year, so he's looking for an alternative. Think Oti is sending emails out with details
For the moment I think you can pay by BACS or snail mail a cheque in.

I've had 2 emails, one telling me I've been refunded through Paypal (haven't checked my bank yet) and another from Oti explaining why and with details of how to repay.

Dude, I'll PM you Oti's email address so you can give them a shout and ask whats happening.
Got my refund as well. Thought at first it was spam or a scam but checked paypal and there it was and then thought ffs overbooked I'm not going to the party however 2 hours later I got the explanation so cheque or BACS it is.

I finally got round to booking my tickets and room for the Pinball Party last night.
It was a bit disconcerting to get the refund from PayPal this lunchtime, but a quick email to Oti soon cleared up what was going on. Paid the money by BACS this afternoon and all is good.
Just annoying that PayPal will hang on to the money for a few days before refunding it
