Making some progress.. Have booked Saturday 21st June. Outline plans are...
PH units 4 & 8 open Saturday maybe noon - 5pm (TBC) for "open house" with JJP #11 and Jack himself!
Then there is the VIP dinner/stay over (at my expense!!) make their way 30 mins away to Mrs' hotel and have JJP #11 and maybe something else there in the intimate room setting... 30 rooms available, some already spoken for but PM if you want to come for the VIP dinner/stay over. 30 rooms available - some already allocated. Bring a partner as the dinner will be for circa 50 people.
Hotel stay includes - 3 course dinner with Jack in attendance, B&B.
Pondering a competition at unit but also held at Level Preston the following morning.
Going to "suggest" a charity donation of £50 per room booked, charity TBC
Probably will have to limit numbers to the open day, will aim to have circa 30 games but maybe 20, depends how many units I have empty lol.
Hit me up with thoughts etc!
And for the hotel, it's not the first 30 people to say "me please", might be fairer to do a draw with interested names? Thoughts on that also.... existing customers maybe grab the first guaranteed so many places and a raffle for the last batch? I don't know, whatever seems fair? But anyone can turn up for the open day (unless I have to limit it).

Sounds awesome...I'd love to attend... I'm a bit of a lurker on pinball info (a lot more active on UKVAC but please don't hold that against me), so I'm sure there are people more deserving than me to bag a hotel room.
But if there is room at the Inn, I'd love to take you up on the offer (with 2 for dinner). Charity donation more than works with me. And if there isn't room, I'd still love to come along. I'd be travelling from Leeds so not too far.

Me Please (Happy to pay for the hotel room or enter the draw) and I'll bring a Pin if I don't have to sleep in my van but it'll be the one I don't have to take my internal door off to get in and out of my house.

A stay over is very unlikely for us but would be interested in the daytime event. Congrats on the little one, sending good sleep wishes your way!
All sounds like a great idea - very much up for the open day - would love to attend the meal also but wonder if only coming from Leeds if better to offer rooms to people that have to travel far ? Still can make the donation if can accommodate more for the meal than just hotel guests ?

The open day is pretty much unrestricted, it would be a bit awkward if 100 + turned up though but not sure that will happen.
