Its been like that as long as I can remember. In fact, even when pinball was doing well I NEVER saw an operator fix a game to a satisfactory standard. The North east isn't exactly where all the pin techs go to learn their trade...haha.

You're right, all operators just sat back and did bugger all to the upkeep of the pinball machines.
I remember playing a machine that was so dirty you couldn't even make out what the machine was. Blacker than a witches ****.
