Jesus no - demolition firm !Awesome.
Are you driving?
I'm in constant awe of how much skill the guys have and how much damage they can inflict.
I hadn't appreciated what a complex task demolition was - quite an education

The concrete lumps are way too big to use, so we'd wind up taking them away and then bringing in hardcore for the new foundations. The crusher is effectively creating the hardcore - although it looks like a pile of dust, it's a thin layer, underneath is hardcore.what's the advantage of the crusher? easier to work with the sand like stuff rather then the rocks? or just takes up less room?
A design change, planning resubmission, finding a company I was confident in to build it, and then waiting for them to have availability to do so ; is the short answerGreat stuff.
Out of interest what happened in the two years between demolition and the start of the build? Was it down to lack of time/interest/funding or difficulty in getting workers?
It’s amazing how much space you have. (More than a touch jealous of all that area )
I don’t envy you, ‘Planning’ is a farcical process. Should be called ‘whim’.A design change, planning resubmission, finding a company I was confident in to build it, and then waiting for them to have availability to do so ; is the short answer
This must truly be the best pin shed in the land
