Just noticed there are a few pinball games in the archive.org MS-DOS games archive.

Includes classics like Pinball Construction Kit, and an Eight Ball Deluxe sim (which is rather tricky since most of the playfield is scrolled out of view when the ball is at the flippers!).
These all play directly in a decent browser (Firefox/Chrome) using a Javascript based emulator - no plugins needed.
