No sound on SAM Stern Pro

Not an expert by any stretch, but I'd maybe start by looking to see if there are any fuses out if you take out the translight?
Would also check in diagnostics to find out if its a hardware issue rather than software.

I had the same problem with my AC/DC Pro. Once I replaced the DAC the sound did indeed return.
