True, but rightly or wrongly the number they said they were going to make would've factored into some people's purchasing decisions. I think it's poor form to change something like that after people have already put money down.

I’m surprised people actually care about the LE numbers so much, I’ve brought quite a few LEs over the years and my number one reason is always for the full game/extra features, second if it’s the better art package and all round package powdercoating, backglass etc.

Come to think of it I don’t even look at the number of LEs produced.

Smartest thing for Stern would have been to make a double LE like TF or AC/DC.

300 or 400 B&W LEs and 300 or 400 coloured LEs giving them 600 to 800 LEs in total, keeps veryone happy plus maximises their profits.
