Jsp and pinball heaven shameful

Guys,
Whilst i am all for open conversation and discussion, there is nothing that Pinball Heaven has done here which could even be remotely classed as wrong. Had someone approached him and asked if he could liaise with JJP as their UK rep then that would have been one thing. However as it stands, he has not dont anything that is against UK law. In fact, it could be argued that the initial post is Defamatory and slander, however reading the post and Phil's response it could easily be seen that Had Phil sold this he would have done his best to liaise with the manufacturer.
Because of the nature of this, i'll close this posting. More than happy for someone to re-open another thread to discuss warranties and support, however as this is pointed directly at PBH, i shall close.
