JJP Harry Potter -Confirmed

I hope people don’t think I’m being disrespectful but after watching this I don’t think Jack is well.
You could tell last year when they released Avatar, he was barely in the trailer at all and when he was you could tell he wasn't OK.

The HP theme is interesting right before the HBO TV show starts.

Harry Potter hype over the next few years will be big.
It's probably why Warner's allowed it, good publicity to have it in venues to drum up interest in the new series

Its going to sell loads no matter what...

It's the secret everyone knew but now him unofficially officially announcing it means people will think more about buying machines between now and when it comes on sale.

If it's the price of toy story 4 at £15k I would be very surprised if it sold alot.

If they keep it at £11,495 (ie the same as Avatar) then it should be a big seller. I've started to build up the olde pin piggy bank with the hope that HP is affordable. Fingers crossed HP is the best game JJP have ever made. Looking forward to the proper reveal.

Agree, it's going to be my only nitb purchase

Who would of thought we would be saying £11.5k is affordable 🤣

Pins are way more affordable if the wife likes the theme :D Labyrinth was my wifes favourite film as a kid so that was an easy sell; especially when I showed her the topper. Harry Potter should be a similar easy sell to my mrs. Sadly means I need to offload 2 (or maybe 3) pins to try and balance the books 😢

Who thinks this is going to be their best selling game? From one perspective I see this as a timeless IP. It’s massive globally and is popular with 30 - 40 somethings so will bring a lot more home buyers into pinball; on the other hand, the only JJP games I’ve really enjoyed gameplay were EJ (compilation of S Ritchie’s best layouts in one pin) , Wonka and DI- lots of satisfying moments. But GNR and GF not my cup of tea. Who knows more about who’s involved in HP?

'JJP release first images of their amazing Harry Potter pinball. A source I forms us that Comet have been working 24/7 since June 2024 just to meet demand for the new title'

A spokesman for JJP informed us that the 'spectacular' light display for HP was in no way intended to distract from the mediocre gameplay experience

Only if it's not toy story priced

I've always found the jersey jack games great in a home environment. Guns and roses was particularly deep, there a lot of strategy with the patches and stickers. It takes a bit of time to learn so will put some off, the multi balls also take time to get used to, again some want a multi ball as a reward, guns wants you to play with them all the time. Hopefully harry potter will be deep. I'm assuming because they have all the assets the object will be to collect all the horcruxes with perhaps a collect the film, which would be 7 different modes and some sort of quidditch.

They’ve got a lot of material to work with- I’ve got a feeling Eric Menieur is next if Ritchie and Siden have had games out already- hopefully it’s Pirates good in terms of innovation but also playability is on par with EJ. I’m not ever going to be in the market for one as I’d imagine it’ll cost a small fortune; but I’m a HP fan so want it to be something special

Anyone considering a HP, may want to think about a topper I've already produced. Details are here

Or alternatively, it would make a great HP themed present for a fan

Jack says 3 editions CE , Wizard ( no limit on number ) and Arcade. Same toys on all games. Same artwork on Wizard and Arcade.
