Are you a fan of the programme or Zombie theme? That was my biggest negative - hated the theme/genre - owned an LE and then a Pro, just couldn’t get over the theme of it... Pro version lacks a fantastic red lightshow, but otherwise I preferred it over the LE. It was also quite hard. Thanks everyone.....
I should have run a poll
TWD would probably be winning.
Actually I've watched all the series and the spin-offs so quite like the theme. Are you a fan of the programme or Zombie theme? If Wh20 is 4k now then mine is for sale? [emoji3] Who wants it? [emoji3]Around the 4K mark I really enjoy Whitewater. If ramps are what your after this is great
I have often thought that but TAF is here 10 years on. It has an indefinable magic that just makes it a joy to play - even for the thousandth time. I guess it's like saying on Tuesday I never want to eat pizza again.... Friday night rolls round... Pizza please! [emoji3]Spiderman is the answer. TAF will get old fast
Wow that's quite an endorsement.Honestly @Gonzo - if you like the theme, speak to @roadshow16 - get him to pull the colourDMD and see if - I have a stern red display kicking about you can borrow until one comes up - if he doesn’t have it. You could keep it if you don’t fall in love with the game. I’m that confident.
I love DI - but am getting itchy James pinball rotation syndrome, DI will go before TWD.
I think I'll have to do precisely that Neil.ripleys?!
TAF is terrible.
The only other game from the Williams era that you should consider is Attack From Mars but you'll struggle to get anything other than a turd for 4K.
You got a Williams game; modern stern is a great balance.
Goto flip out play loads of games make a choice, here is the list of Stern's we have at the club:
Iron Maiden
The Simpsons
Iron Man

Transfomers
Lord of the Rings

Cheers for that, I enjoyed the read and the Horde mode seems like fun.

I do love Addams. It has the best call outs ever. Raul Julia is my hero. Amazing toys and inventive modes. Theme and the way it is implemented are second to none. I just found when I owned it I soon got fed up with ramp scoop ramp scoop forever. It was a grail pin for me and when I got it I rapidly realised it wouldn't last for me. To be fair this was in a one pin setup. That said 'SHOWTIME' will never ever get old!
This has been a great thread, very interesting and again just shows that it’s all a matter of taste and opinion.
I love horror movies and anything Zombie themed but haven’t enjoyed TWD at all yet (fully aware after a good session it might appeal a bit more).
One game that I have constantly heard good reviews for is AFM and I agree, it’s just superb - I’d push my budget and go for one of those personally, 2nd choice would be Metallica as I’m a big fan of the band and the pin.
Just to continue with the 'we all have different tastes '...... I prefer AFM to MM, but still find it vastly over rated. I can take or leave either and find both of them a bit of a chore to play these days tbh.I've never played AFM . . . . then again I haven't played most things.

Funny old pinball world innit [emoji16]

Tron for that money for me (on the understanding that a secondhand Star Wars Pro is over £4k!)
What are you on, John? You sold it after about a week and you know it's too shallow as an only pin (cos I said so).
LOTR is the answer.
