Oh, it's worse than I realised, then. Whoever fitted that door seems to have used a 'Credit Control Board' as well, going by reply No. 30. The circuit board attached to the Mars acceptor. It would've been holding the pricing scheme, and simply switching one of the machines' coin inputs on a 1 'coin', 1 play basis. Similar to an old VCR placed between the telly aerial and the Tv itself, sending any channel from its own tuner to one input channel of the Tv.

Credit boards were useful for System 11 games, with only three coin switches; I installed them on a couple of Riverboat Gamblers, to allow the factory fitted C220/Eca door to accept the four different u.k. coins used at the time (they were shipped not accepting, or even programmed for 20 pence coins). But it wasn't really necessary for a Wpc game.

Located the right wires for a new coin door switch. No stress there. White/red and green/red.

As you correctly said @Jay Walker , the original door will have had a switch clipped into the frame.

Been messing around with the 3D printer and paints for a few weekends. I swear it's the messing around with these pins that's more fun than the playing!!??

Edit: with nearly a whole 1KG roll of filament, you can print three mountains, three coffee shops and two traffic lights.

I'm not a fan of the machine, but what you have done with these mods is fantastic!

You could start a business making these mate 😉
Thanks, may be more stress than pleasure. More of a do it for fun type guy. Already found a home for the first set, will be looking to re-home the next set before I run out of space.

Whilst you’re enthusiastic about 3D printing mate, there’s a few of us who could do with Gottlieb edge connectors 😆😆 #jokingnotjoking
Ahhh I’m kidding….. but seriously, call me.

Haha. Mate, I'm sorry for derailing your thread.
I’ll start a new one.

Back on topic. Those donut heaven shops look awesome.
