Here's my fishy with colour DMD. Things left to do, fit new rails, decals and powder coat all the metal work. Great game!

Options:

1. Fit Sunlight White frosted LEDs + an LED OCD board
2. Leave the incandescent bulbs in.

Bright blinking LEDs on their own will look terrible.

All my opinion, and not one shared by everyone.

I would agree with @Monkeyboypaul with the led's and LEDOCD boards.
Made a big difference .
I leave the flashers incandescent.
